We know is that we are glad the FUNDS WERE INTERFERRED WITH AS FAR AS, ALL OR, MOST OF THE COUNTRIES WHO GOT INVOLVED, WITH THE USA, TO CAUSE HAVOC ,WITH THE FLOW OF CASH TO FUND, SOME GROWING TERRORISTS GROUPS..........
